Trauma‑Aware Movement Coaching & Group Facilitation Operated by: Juanita Warren

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any movement coaching, group facilitation, workshops, online sessions, digital products, or related services delivered by movewithme.withjuanita, operated by Juanita Warren.

By accessing our website, booking a session, attending a class, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are designed to be:
• trauma‑aware
• culturally grounded
• respectful of participant agency
• aligned with Australian consumer law
• clear, transparent, and supportive

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from participating in our services.

2. Scope of Services
Our services include:
• trauma‑aware movement coaching
• group facilitation
• workshops and programs
• online and in‑person sessions
• digital content, courses, and resources
• community‑based movement experiences

We may update, refine, or discontinue services as needed to maintain safety, integrity, and alignment with our values.

3. Trauma‑Aware & Culturally Safe Practice Commitments
• creating a supportive, non‑judgmental environment
• honouring cultural identity, lived experience, and personal boundaries
• offering choice, agency, and consent at all times
• avoiding coercion, pressure, or forced participation
• using appropriate language, attire, and behaviour
• respecting spiritual and cultural beliefs
• maintaining confidentiality and privacy

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks whenever needed, modify movements, and communicate concerns. This is a shared space of mutual care.

4. Definitions
• “Services”: any coaching, facilitation, etc. provided by us.
• “Participant”: any person attending or engaging.
• “We/Us/Our”: movewithme.withjuanita and Juanita Warren team.

5. Bookings & Payments
A booking is confirmed once payment is received. All prices are in AUD. Concession pricing is available for valid card holders. Packages must be used within stated timeframes.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations with >24h notice may be rescheduled. Less than 24h notice or no-shows are non-refundable. If facilitators cancel, credit or refunds will be offered.

7. Responsibilities & Risks
Participants agree to engage safely and follow guidance. Movement carries inherent risks, and participants take responsibility for their wellbeing. We are not liable for hazards in your own space during online sessions.

8. Privacy
We manage your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information shared in sessions is confidential except where law demands otherwise.
